UTV/ATV Maintenance

Life gets busy and maintenance is often overlooked on UTVs, and ATVs which can lead to major problems down the road. With a little bit of preventative maintenance, you can avoid break downs on trails and keep your UTV/ATV running strong for years to come. Depending on year and model of your UTV/ATV you will need some type of regular maintenance program to follow. All 4 stroke models will require engine oil, engine oil filter, spark plugs, and fuel filter replacement at leat once per year.
Services
On most UTV models maintenance service is performed between 50 and 100 hours or at the end of each season. Our full service maintenance program includes changing engine oil and oil filter, replacing spark plugs, changing transmission oil, changing gear case oil, cleaning or replacing air filter, greasing all joints/fittings, inspecting cooling system, inspecting brake system, inspecting suspension system, inspecting ball joints/ bushings and bearings, inspecting drive belt, and inspecting/blowing out clutches. We only use manufacture recommended OEM parts, filters, and lubricants.
