Where are you located and what are my options for pick-up of UTV's or ATV's?
You can pick up our UTV’s, or ATV's from our Mesa location or we can deliver the equipment to your location for additional cost.
What is the minimum age for UTV or ATV rental?
The minimum age for UTV or ATV rental is 25 and the minimum age to operate the UTV or ATV is 18 with a valid driver's license, and the supervision of the renter. All approved renters, and operators must have a valid driver’s license.
Do I need a valid driver's license to rent and use the equipment?
Yes, a valid driver's license is required for renting all UTV’s or ATV's.
What form of payment can be used for rentals, and deposits?
Rental fees can be paid for with a credit card or cash. Damage deposits can only be paid using a credit card.
Is there a deposit required for the rental?
There is a reservation/rental deposit that is due at the time the reservation is made. It is equal to the value of the rental, and it applies to your rental. There is also a fully refundable Damage Deposit of $2000 per UTV, and a fully refundable Damage Deposit of 750 per ATV that is processed on the day of the rental. Damage deposit is fully refundable as long as the equipment is returned in the same condition as it was when it left our store.
Must I purchase insurance for my rental?
Renters are 100% responsible for any UTV or ATV while the equipment is in their possession. It is "ride at your own risk" activity. You can call your agent and find out if your current auto policy will cover the rental.
Is any other equipment included in the rental?
Our UTV rentals include trailer with spare tire, UTV s,pare tire full tank of gas, helmets with built in eye protection, googles, tablet with pre planed trail routs, tire repair kit, spare drive belt with tools and a fire extinguisher.
Where can I take my rental equipment to ride?
There are many trails with breath taking views for our UTV's and ATV's located within 30 minutes of our location. We can provide you with a GPS tablet that shows our favorite trails in the area, or you can visit www.alltrails.com to plan your own adventure.
What time is vehicle pick up and drop off?
You can pick up your rental as early as 7:30 am and must return it no later than 5:30 pm. Pick up and drop off times can be extended for an additional charge.
Do you offer only daily rentals?
We offer full day, and multi day rentals. There is a discount for multiday rentals. Please contact us for details or questions.
Is a reservation required for UTV or ATV rentals?
It is recommended that you place a reservation.
What should I bring with me on my UTV adventure?
What to bring will depend on the time of year but here are a few necessities. Minimum of 1 gallon of water per person per day, food/snacks, toilet paper, trash bags, sunblock, insect repellent, cell phone, and maps.
What type of clothes should i wear?
For UTV and ATV rentals we recommend that you wear long pants, long sleeve shirt or jacket, and over the ankle boots to reduce the risk of injury.
Do I need to call ahead prior to returning my vehicle?
Please give us a call or shoot us a text message when you are on your way to return your rental so we can be ready to receive the equipment.
Do I need to clean and fuel up the rental equipment prior to returning?
The rental should be returned in the condition it was received- clean and full of gas.
Can I take my rental out of the state?
Our rentals are not allowed to go out of state or to the dunes unless prior approval is granted.
What size towing ball and light adapter plug do I need?
Your vehicle must be able to pull 4000 lbs per manufacture information for any UTV rental, and 2500 lbs for any ATV rental A class III hitch is required for towing. You will need a 2" ball, and a 4 pin light adapter is needed to provide the trailer with the lights that are required by law.
